Planet Tan Leases 5,000 sf at Pepper Square Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - June 19, 2004 - Planet Tan Management, L.P. has leased 5,000 square feet at Pepper Square Shopping Center (southeast corner of Preston Road and Beltine Road).  The landlord is Prestonwood Market Square Ltd.  The space will be used as a tanning salon.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Paul Vernon of John T. Evans Company represented the seller.
