HSM Houston Office Completes Three Leases

HOUSTON, TX - June 16, 2004 -- H & R Block has recently leased 1,120 square feet from Shomer VII LTD., Crossroads Shopping Center , at Aldine Westfield and 1960 East.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.

Hope, Faith & Prayer, a Christian store, has recently leased 985 square feet from Borough Park JV, in The Borough Park Shopping Center, at 202 Sawdust Road , Spring Texas.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.

Enterprise Bank has recently leased 1,520 square feet from Westheimer Eldridge Parkway Holdings in The Commons at the Parkway, at Westheimer and Eldridge.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord and Ted Carey of Realty Services Group represented the Tenant.
