Victor
Equipment Expands to 177,666 sf
DALLAS,
TX - June 17, 2004
-- Victor
Equipment has expanded their space by leasing an additional
64,166 square feet to total 177,666.
The landlord is Hillwood Development Corp. and the
property leased is at Alliance Gateway 58. Victor
Equipment Company was founded in 1913 by L.W. Stettner.
Stettner, a welder by trade, suffered the loss of an eye from
a welding accident and subsequently set out to design and
build better, safer welding products. His designs for welding
and cutting torches and regulators were quickly accepted and
the original San Francisco-based Victor Oxy-Acetylene Welding
Equipment Company grew rapidly. Stettner's "safety
oriented" designs resulted in numerous patents and firsts
including spiral mixers, goosenecks nozzles, and safety
regulators. Dan
Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
Tony Creme represented the landlord.
Henry
S. Miller Commercial, founded in 1914, is Texas’ largest
independent commercial real estate firm and a member of The
Commercial Network, one of the largest affiliations of
commercial real estate firms in the nation.
