Creststone Group, Ltd. Purchases 10,000 sf Office Building

DALLAS, TX - June 19, 2004 - Creststone Group, Ltd. has purchased a 10,000 square foot office building from James D. Fowler at 2629 Dickerson Parkway in Carrollton .  The intersection is 190 and I-35.  This space will be the home office for Creststone Group, Ltd. which is a residential development company.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
