HSM Equity Partners Acquires Kingwood Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - June 25, 2004 - HSM Equity Partners has assembled VIF Kingwood S/C Partners, L.P. a Delaware limited partnership, and purchased Kingwood Shopping Center, a 151,761 square foot shopping center from Weingarten Realty Investors,  in Houston, Texas. The center is located at 1113 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, Texas and anchored by Stein Mart.  Plans are to bring the center to a fully leased state and hold it as an investment.  Bruce Jester and Johnnie Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer; Mark Witcher of Weingarten Realty Investors represented the Seller.
