Henry S. Miller Commercial, Houston Office Completes Four Leases

HOUSTON, TX - July 13, 2004 - T-Mobile USA has recently leased a pad space from KNA Partners at Gessner Square, Highway 59 and Gessner.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Mel Witt of Beeson Properties represented the landlord.

Pediatrics Plus Therapy Service, has recently leased 1,550 square feet from Southpoint Realty Partners, Inc., at Southpoint Shopping Center, I-45 South and Featherwood.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Orthodontic Centers of America has recently leased 2,880 square feet from Southpoint Realty Partners, Inc., at Southpoint Shopping Center, I-45 South and Featherwood.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

T-Mobile USA has recently leased 1,000 square foot pad from Antoine Plaza Partners.  The pad space is located at Antoine and Tidwell, in Antoine Plaza.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Bob Conwell of New Quest Properties represented the landlord.
