California Partnership Purchases Two Buildings

DALLAS, TX - August 12, 2004 -- An undisclosed Californian partnership has purchased two buildings totaling 107,000 square feet.  One building is located at 1174 Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie and totals 57,000 square feet and the other is located at 2800 Avenue E in Arlington and totals 50,000 square feet.  Michelle Hudson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Larry McCurkle of Bradford represented the seller.
