Delicate Moving Systems Leases 13,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 12, 2004 -- Delicate Moving Systems has leased 13,000 square feet from TLC Investments at 2839 Blystone.  Plans are this are a warehouse and storage unit for the moving company.  Michelle Hudson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jim Svidron of Robert Lynn Co. represented the landlord.
