Prudential Texas Properties Leases 10,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 12, 2004 -- Prudential Texas Properties has leased 10,000 square feet for a residential real estate office.  The landlord is RREEF and the space is located at the northeast corner of Preston Road and Park Boulevard at Preston Towne Crossing Shopping Center.  Jerry Yoder of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jeff Kittleson and Scott Head of Trammell Crow represented the landlord.
