DALLAS, TX - August 15, 2004 -- Southern Homecraft, Inc. has purchased 3.424 acres of land from American Liberty Oil.  The land is located at 4230 Altoona in Oak Cliff, Dallas.  The property located at Altoona and Ledbetter is zoned multi-family.  Renzo Cello and Wayne Robinson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
