Krause International, Inc. Renews 10,786 sf

HOUSTON, TX - August 17, 2004 - Krause International, Inc., an Auto Parts Distribution company, has recently renewed their lease on 10,786 square feet at 757 Bradfield in Greenbriar Plaza II.  John Endendyk of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and John Stavinoha of Insite Realty Partners represented the landlord.
