First Broadcasting Capital Partners Purchases 57.47 Acres

DALLAS, TX - August 18, 2004 -- First Broadcasting Capital Partners has recently purchased 57.47 acres of raw land for the future plan to erect 4-6 broadcasting towers.  The location is south of Highway 121 and east of Huffines Road in Lewisville.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
