HSM Northeast Tarrant County Office Completes 7 Leases

DALLAS, TX - August 18, 2004 -- Dale Lafferty and Kent Brown have leased 800 square feet from Shelburne Company, Ltd.  Load Logistics Transportation, Inc. has leased 800 square feet for their company's corporate office.  The space is located at 1340 S. Collins Industries has leased 2,125 square feet of space at Southlake Town Center.  The use will be for a professional office space.  The landlord is Southlake Central Venture.  The address is Southlake Town Center, Bldg. 1B, 180 State Street, Suite 240, Southlake, Texas.  Jennifer Gray of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.

Hometrust Mortgage has leased 2,849 square feet at 181 Grand Avenue.  Other tenants at this location include Starbucks, Gap, Gap Kids, Farmers Insurance, Edward Jones and Milwaukee Joe's Ice Cream.  Since this lease, the building is 100% occupied.  The landlord is Southlake Towne Square.  Jennifer Gray of Henry S. Larson and King, a law firm based in Houston, has leased 1,470 square feet at Southlake Town Center.  The space is located within the newest building in Southlake Town Center located at 1460 Main Street at the corner of Main and Central Avenue.  Central Avenue is the only intersection with a traffic light in the area.  The landlord is Southlake Town Square.  Jennifer Gray of Henry S. LJs Unique Boutique has leased 1,018 square feet from BVT Management Services for a home accessories & gifts retail location.  The space is located at Keller Crossing Shopping Center at 1540 FM 1709, Suite 110.  LJ's carries baby items of sterling silver keepsakes, baby blankets, children's jewelry and specialty toys for both boys and girls, tween and teen items to thrill every taste and wonderful hostess and home items.  LJ's offers free personalization, free gift wrap and bag wrap, and merchandise at the finest prices in town.  Jennifer Gray of Henry S. KidzTime Hourly Playcare has leased 2,000 square feet at Heritage Towne Crossing located at 3001 Highway 121 in Euless.  The landlord is Inland Western Euless Limited Partnership.  This is the second location for KidzTime.  Plans are for another location selected and lease finalized by December 1, 2004 with a March 1, 2004 opening of the Keller/Watauga KidzTime.  Jennifer Gray of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Venture Commercial represented the landlord.
