in Marshall, Texas. The center has 15,000 GLA. The
seller was Marshall Plaza Associates, LLC. Credit
tenants include Cato Fashions, Dollar Tree, Friedman's
Jewelers, General Nutrition Center, Sally Beauty Supply and
Papa Johns Pizza. Vaughn Miller and Robert Lamm of Henry
S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
