National Executive Management Leases 19,360 sf

DALLAS, TX - August 24, 2004 -- National Executive Management based in Arlington has leased 19,360 square feet from Parkway Industrial Partners, LP.  The space is located at Parkway Business Center, 1700 Tech Centre Parkway.  National Executive Management is a pharmaceutical distributor.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jim Ferris and Al Blaine of Bradford represented the landlord.
