DALLAS, TX - August 24, 2004 -- Single Source has leased 6,400 square feet at 2030 Century Center #12 in Irving.  Single Source is a distributor of auto paint.  This location will be a warehouse and office for Single Source.  The landlord is The Realty Associates Fund IV.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Newton Hopkins of  The Holt Co. represented the landlord.
