West Coast Investment Group Purchases 178,000 sf Building

HOUSTON, TX - August 24, 2004 -- A west coast investment group has purchased a 178,000 square foot building in Rosenberg at US 59 and Highway 36.  Plans are for the redevelopment of the building into a multi-tenant shopping center.  The seller was US Bank National Association, Trustee through GMACCM, Dallas, Texas.  Rick DeNeve and Vaughan Ford of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
