Lawton Plaza is 100% Leased

DALLAS, TX - August 6, 2004 -- Sprint Mobile has leased 1,742 square feet at Lawton Plaza, adjacent to a Wal-Mart Supercenter at US highway 62 and Northwest 67th Street in Lawton, Oklahoma.  The landlord is Lawton Plaza Associates.  This lease brings the occupancy level to 100%.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
