DALLAS, TX - September 5, 2004 -- Wine Therapist has leased 3,200 square feet of space from landlord SLJ Company.  The space is located at 5815 Live Oak in Dallas.  Wine Therapist is a wine retailer and bar.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  SLJ Company represented themselves in this transaction.
