HSM Commercial Office/Industrial Division Completes Three Leases

DALLAS, TX - September 8, 2004 -- Landen Properties has leased 1,379 square feet of space from American Equity.  The space is located at 2000 N. Central, Suite 116 in Plano.  Landen Properties is a residential real estate company.  Nathan Denton and Janice Peters of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.

Island Display, Inc. has leased 3,865 square feet of space at 845 N. Mill Street in Lewisville.  The landlord is Kuklex Property Company.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

PrimaCare has leased 4,000 square feet of space from BT McKinney Investments, Ltd.  The space is located at Highway 75 and El Dorado Blvd. in McKinney, Texas.  This is a newly construction office/retail strip center.  PrimaCare is an urgent care medical clinic.  Elton Harwell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Bry Taylor of Bryson Realty represented the landlord.
