31,000 sf Land Purchased for Retail Development

DALLAS, TX - September 10, 2004 --Charles Shin and Ji Seon Ahn have purchased 31,000 square feet of land for the future development of a small strip center which will be located at 10818 Dennis Road in Dallas.  The seller was Mohammed Aslam.  This land was sold in less than two weeks for top dollar price.  The broker from Henry S.
