Ace Capital Purchases 8.16 acres

DALLAS, TX - September 28, 2004 -- Ace Capital has purchased 8.16 acres at the northwest corner of Bennett Lane and Railroad Street in Lewisville.  The land will be held for future development.  Mike and Ginger Jacobs were the sellers.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
