4S Development, Inc. Purchases 248 Acres

DALLAS, TX - September 28, 2004 -- Joe and Francis Stephan recently sold 248 acres to 4S Development, Inc. in Lewisville.  The name of the property is Stephan Tract and is located at the northeast quadrant of Railroad and Bennett Lane.  Future plans are for development of the property.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
