HOUSTON, TX - September 28, 2004 -- Shirt Magic has recently leased 1,220 square feet from Shomer VII Ltd. in the Crossroads Shopping Center at FM 1960 and Aldine Westfield.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.

Galway Group, LP has recently leased 3,987 square feet located at 3050 Post Oak from Kroger Post Oak Limited Partnership.  Rollie Andre and Shirin Petty of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant and Trammell Crow Company represented the Landlord.
