HSM Commercial Retail Division Completes Three Leases

DALLAS, TX - September 28, 2004 -- The LIttle Gym has leased 4,000 square feet of space from PRTC Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P.  The located leased is at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing in Cedar Hill.  The Little Gym is a childrens development center.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Sam Beys of Preston Commercial Group represented the tenant.

Leslies Pool Supply has leased 3,000 square feet of space from Calvin Development Corporation, Inc. in Highland Village.  The space is located at Tartan Village, FM 407 and Tartan.  Henry S. Miller, IV and Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Brian Catalano of CSC Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.

Bikeam Yoga of North Dallas has leased 3,024 square feet of space from Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  The space is located at Pepper Square Shopping Center at the corner of Beltline and Preston Rd.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Kevin Finch of Finch Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
