PrimaCare, Inc. Leases 4,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - September 28, 2004 -- PrimaCare has leased 4,000 square feet of space from BT McKinney Investments, Ltd.  The space is located at Highway 75 and Eldorado Blvd. in McKinney, Texas.  This is a newly constructed office/retail strip center.  PrimaCare is an urgent care medical clinic.  Elton Harwell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Bry Taylor of Bryson Realty represented the landlord.
