Stone Smith Leases 10,375 sf

DALLAS, TX - September 28, 2004 -- Stone Smith has leased 10,375 square feet of space from Rreef.  The space is located at 2122 Country Club, #240 in Carrollton.  Stone Smith is a distributor of custom marble and granite countertops.  Nathan Denton and Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Steve Trese of Rreef represented the tenant.
