California Investors Purchase 140,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - September 5, 2004 -- Lyle and Denise Adams, investors from California, have purchased a 140,000 square foot building on 16 acres in Jacksonville, Texas.  The seller was Jacksonville Realty Venture, Ltd.  The building is occupied by Zimmerman Sign Company.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
