Anderson Merchandisers, L.P. Leases 51,000 sf Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - September 8, 2004 -- Anderson Merchandisers, L.P. has leased a 51,000 square foot warehouse from landlord Teachers Insurance Annuity.  Anderson Merchandisers is a distributor of Wal-Mart products.  The warehouse is located at 1800 Waters Ridge Drive in Lewisville.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Toby Rogers of Trammell Crow represented the landlord.
