Golden Aribah Investments, LLC Purchases 44,000 sf Building

HOUSTON, TX - October 18, 2004 -- Golden Aribah Investments, LLC, of Houston, has recently purchased a 44,000 square foot building on 8.6 acres.  The property, located at 8335 North Freeway, will be utilized for an Auto Auction site, as well as for auctioning electronics and other products.  Doug Bates of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer and Bill McDade of McDade, Smith, Gould represented the Seller.
