DALLAS, TX - October 27, 2004 -- Clean Energy, based in California, has leased 5,069 square feet of space from Americo.  The address is 2003 108th Street in Grand Prairie, Texas.  Clean Energy is a company which manufactures alternative fuel.  Clean Energy is the largest provider of vehicular natural gas (CNG and LNG) in North America with a broad customer base in the refuse, transit, shuttle, taxi, police, intrastate and interstate trucking, airport and municipal fleet markets with tens of thousands of vehicles fueling at strategic locations in the United States and Canada.  Nathan Denton of Henry S.
