Confidential Buyer Purchases 16.52 acres for Housing Development

DALLAS, TX - October 27, 2004 -- A confidential buyer has purchased 16.52 acres for a housing development at 1425 Avenue K in Grand Prairie.  The seller was ParLab out of Southlake.  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
