Nationwide Auction Systems Purchases 97,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 27, 2004 -- Nationwide Auction Systems had purchased a 97,000 square foot building from Tarrant County Limited Partnership.  The address purchased is 1121 Cantrell Sansom Road in Blue Mound, Texas.  Nationwide Auction Systems was founded in 1978.  Nationwide is the world's largest professional Auctioneering Service Company specializing in the disposal of surplus property, such as vehicles, equipment, boats, repossessions, excess inventory, asset seizures, business liquidations, equipment-realignments and other assets which are no longer needed in current operations on behalf of governmental agencies and private industry.  Annual gross revenues exceed $100 million for over 2,000 active clients.  Nationwide's USA headquarters is located in the Los Angeles suburb of City of Industry.  Their other permanent facilities are located in Benicia, California, Kansas City, Missouri, Atlanta, Georgia and Wilmington, Delaware.  Pete Richardson and Greg Trout of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Bob Sachey of the Trammel Crow Company represented the seller.
