Ohana RG, Ltd. Purchases 28,000 sf Building for Medical Office Complex

DALLAS, TX - October 27, 2004 -- Ohana RG, Ltd. has purchased a 28,000 square foot building at 12222 Coit Road in Dallas.  The seller was Charles H. Stegman, III.  The building is a proposed medical office complex.  The site is excellent for a medical office complex because it is in close proximity to Medical City Hospital.  Doug Gearing of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
