Texans Credit Union Purchases 1.3 acres

DALLAS, TX - October 27, 2004 -- Texans Credit Union has purchased 1.3 acres from Teel Crossing Partners I, Ltd.  The property sold is a pad site at Teel Crossing I located at the northeast corner of FM 720 and Teel Parkway in Frisco.  Dan Shoevlin and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Tim Donovan of The Weitzman Group represented the buyer.
