1031 Exchange Buyer Purchases Grenada Plaza Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - November 1, 2004 -- A 1031 exchange buyer from California has purchased Grenada Plaza Shopping Center in Grenada, Mississippi.  The center is located at the intersection of Highway I-55 and Sunset, adjacent to a Wal-Mart SuperCenter.  The center is 28,000 sf.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  David Anton of WPM Properties represented the buyer.
