HOUSTON, TX - November 30, 2004 -- Oriental Crest Trading has recently leased 10,000 square feet of office space located at 6189 Savoy, Southwest Freeway and Hillcroft, from Unilev/Regency Savoy Group, Ltd. West.  Tim Crockett and Lew Faraclas of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Charles Scoville with Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord.
