Tax Express USA, Inc. Purchases Hawthorne Apartments

DALLAS, TX - December 2, 2004 -- Tax Express USA, Inc. has purchased the Hawthorne Apartments at 4206 Hawthorne in Dallas.  The building is about 10,999 square feet sitting on 20,000 square feet of land.  Ben and Theresa Franklin were the sellers.  Estella Reynoso of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Burton Rhodes and Tom Rhodes of Virginia Cook Realtors represented the seller.
