Manoj Rao Purchases 7,618 sf

HOUSTON, TX - December 3, 2004 -- Manoj S. Rao of Houston, has recently purchased a 7,618 square foot multi-use building at 4211 Caroline in the Midtown area of Houston from Jerry and Thelma Hagio of Sugarland.  John Endendyk and Bob Gulley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Seller and Eric Drymalla of Vallone and Associates represented the buyer.
