Great Lakes Development Purchases 28,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2005  -- Great Lakes Development has purchased 28,000 sf of land with plans to develop a strip center at the northwest corner of Cimarron Trail and MacArthur.  The seller was Las Colinas Federal Credit Union.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
