Fitness Facility Purchased for Investment

DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2005  -- Kathleen and Dennis Hunt of Keller, Texas have purchased a 3,330 square foot building at 830 Keller Parkway.  The seller was Keller Pharmacy Addn.  Mr. & Mrs. Hunt plan to open a fitness facility on 2,000 sf of the building and will lease the remaining space to Enterprise Rent-a-Car.  Their future plans are to develop another retail building on the acre behind the building.  The fitness facility will open in late January 2005.  Jennifer Gray and Ruben Reynoso of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
