DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2005  -- Monarch Dental has leased 3,500 square feet from PRTC Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, LP.  The space is located at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing at Highway 67 and Pleasant Run Rd. in Cedar Hill.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller commercial represented the landlord.  Jennifer Frank of The Woodmont Co. represented the tenant.
