Commercial Net Lease Realty Purchases 52,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - January 15, 2005  -- Commercial Net Lease Realty has purchased a 52,000 square foot building at 2165 Morse Road in Columbus, OH.  Dave Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Mike Zelnik of NAI Ohio Equities represented Rite Rug Investments.
