DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2005  -- Investment buyer, Dick Cole, has purchased a 25,554 strip center in Dallas.  The address is 7800 Sovereign Row, Dallas, Texas 75209.  The plan is to keep the property for investment purpose and to continue leasing the space.  The seller was Marks Investments.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Jake Marks of Trammell Crow represented the seller.
