Fittings Unlimited, Inc. Purchases 55,000 sf Office/Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2005  -- Fittings Unlimited, Inc. has purchased a 55,000 square foot office/warehouse building located at 3000 Avenue F in Arlington.  3000 Avenue F, Ltd. was the seller.  Fittings Unlimited, Inc. will occupy 40,000 square feet and lease out the balance and sell the three additional acres adjacent to the property.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
