Jim and Diane Gale Purchase 40,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2005  -- Jim and Diane Gale purchased a 40,000 square foot building for future use of US Platting Company.  The address is 2219 Century Circle in Irving.  US Platting will run a platting operation out of this location beginning in February 2005.  Nathan Denton and Susan Scott of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Tom Lynn of Robert Lynn Company represented the seller.
