California Limited Partnership Buys 120 Unit Apartment Building

DALLAS, TX - February 2, 2005  -- A California Limited Partnership has purchased Bay Island Apartments as an investment.  The apartments are located on Bay Island Drive in Garland and have 120 units with 104,810 square feet.  The seller was Bay Island, LP.  Richard Keeling and Ron Belanger of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the purchaser and seller.
