North Texas Health Care Laundry Purchases 106,536 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 2, 2005  -- North Texas Health Care Laundry has purchased 106,536 square feet of space from S&G Grand Prairie, LLC.  The space is located at 1080 Post & Paddock in Grand Prairie and will be used as an office/warehouse space.  Greg Trout of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Bob Hagewood and Blake Anderson of Staubach represented the seller.
