Proofrock Leases 4,966 sf for Office/Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - February 24, 2005  -- Proofrock has leased 4,966 square feet from Weingarten.  Proofrock is a roofing company that will now have this space as an office/warehouse location.  The space is located at 10610 Newkirk, #202 in Dallas.  Nathan Denton and Susan Scott of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  John Fancher of LBRE represented the landlord.
