DALLAS, TX - March 1, 2005  -- Byrand Corporation has leased 9,623 square feet of space from Proterra Properties.  The space is located at 2218 Commerce Drive in Arlington.  Byrand Corporation will use the space for its commercial/residential moving company office.  Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
